Yoga 101(Gentle Flow)
Beginner, Pregnant, or want a Gentle Yoga Class, here you are. Step by Step Fundamentals to build your confidence in any class you choose. Breathing, Warm up, Standing, Balancing, Cool Down, Relaxation. Cool Lavender Towels After.
Pure Stretch
Just as sounds 30 minutes of stretching. A mid day stress relief. Class includes breath work, and diving deeper into different parts of the body. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Let’s Flow
Not typical for Beginners (Gentle Flow). A series of postures flowing in and out linking a 3 count breath with movement. Modified to meet the needs of able bodies. Meditation and Breath work incorporated into postures seated, standing, balancing, and final relaxation with lavender towels. You will need to bring your mat and hydration, please wear comfortable clothes.

Prenatal Yoga
Modified Yoga Postures & Breathing Techniques, which are beneficial for mom and growing baby. Must bring mat and any props desired. Lavender towels for relaxation.
Rest and Restore for all levels, including pregnant woman. Unwind in mostly seated and laying postures. Included Breath work, Meditation Final relaxation with lavender towels at end of practice. You will need to bring your mat and hydration. Please bring props such as blocks (available for purchase at studio), rectangle bolster, and a blanket. Wear loose & comfortable clothing.
Rest & Restore
YIN
Class is designed with SHAPES held for 5 minutes. Different Alignment than Hatha postures in other classes. Included Breath work, Meditation, Relaxation & Lavender. I encourage you to bring blocks (available for purchase at studio), rectangle bolster, or a blanket.
Wall Yoga
This class is designed for various Asanas up against a wall, lying on your back on a mat. Included Breath work, Meditation, Relaxation & Lavender towels. I encourage you to bring blocks (available for purchase at studio), rectangle bolster, or a blanket. All levels Pregnant woman as well.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is for those new to Yoga, Pregnant, or those with limited mobility. Chair yoga also includes meditation, breath work and relaxation with lavender towels. You will need to bring your mat, chairs are provided. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Chair Yoga Wednesday’s class all seated postures. Tuesday’s & Thursday’s seated & standing postures.
Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation. Bring your mat, and Props as needed (recommend blanket, pillow, bolster). 30 minutes of Pranayama, Body Meditation, and Lavender Towel included in Relaxation.
Private class whether one or more, are designed for specific needs. It can be for a special occasion or just to work on specific details of your body, or in your practice. Ex Alignment, Flexibly, Balance, or Breath work.
